Visual Equations Brief

Got our 6th brief today, the final one for text and image. I think I've pretty much completed the first 4 projects, just some sketchbook work to put together. Then afterwards, I can spend more time and be able to focus on the last two projects, which do sound more like the kind of thing we would have to do in the industry, especially PromoPrint.

Looking forward to getting practical with Visual Equations, it sounds like a lot of ideas can come of the it and I can't wait to be able to use any medium I want. We need to explore the idea of opposites, so, for example using an old fashioned font on a word that has connections with the future, or mounting graffiti on a professional gold plaque. Either way, a number of techniques can be used to collate images together. I think I will definitely want to give Illustrator another go, possibly Letterpress a few words and maybe some photography or simply use found images and text.
