Quark Class 1

This software seems easy enough, there seems to be little tools on the left-hand toolbar which is a good thing I guess, but will this mean that it'll be difficult to create the exact design you want? InDesign is the more modern software to create double-page layouts etc. but the tutors are right to say it's useful to learn the more traditional Quark as well. We created our own grid using our own measurements then transferred these numbers onto Quark. This is the beginning of our PromoPrint project and I can't wait to start adding images and text to the grid to create a layout.
