War on Want Logo
Dear Mr. Collins,
I'm a student currently studying at Arts University College Bournemouth, as you may or may not know, our recent project is to design adverts to promote your charity. This is not a live brief, but I would like to treat it like one and get a better understanding of the design work behind your charity. I was looking at your current logo for War on Want and was wondering who designed it and if there were any older logos you may have used so I can compare and contrast their aesthetics. I'm very interested in the thinking behind the design style and tone of voice you've gone for with the website, and leaflets you have produced. If you have any information on any of this, I would be very grateful if you could forward it to aid me in creating potentially suitable adverts for your charity. Apologies if this email has been sent to an incorrect recipient; if this is the case could you re-direct it please.
Thank you in advance,
Yours Sincerely,
Victoria Kwan
During our recent tutorials one of the tutors mentioned that it's easy to get so into research that the research becomes a barrier between you and the beginning of generating ideas. You're so into doing the easy research that it becomes a sort of comfort zone. I think I experienced that slight wanting to stay in the research stage but I'm glad to say that I managed to overcome this feeling and have now come up with a number of potential ideas for the adshel poster.
