I did feel a little pressured by the number of projects but in a way, I think this helped me slightly. If it were just one big project, I may have gotten bored easily and given up ages ago, but because of the variety, I felt refreshed every time I was given a new project. In the future, if given one huge project, I could split the one project into various little projects and make it more interesting for myself, for example, the typographic part, imagery aspect, etc.
I think I enjoyed the introduction to new software part of the unit best as I felt like I was actually learning something new and becoming a visual communicator. In addition, I found I didn't just learn Illustrator and Quark in the initial lessons, but I was learning through the unit and had enough ability to incorporate the new skills I'd learnt into the next projects.
I didn't feel like there was any project I disliked, maybe at the very beginning of the unit, I thought things were a bit slow and I just wanted to get into the work after a long summer holiday. The type and tape project seemed a little short to be one whole project, so maybe this project was the one I liked the least out of the 6 projects because I didn't feel like I could get into the project as it was over in one day.
Overall I was very happy with my final outcomes, though I do wish I had more than 2 weeks on the visual equations project as this was meant to be the concluding project to show what we'd learnt in the unit.
